Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm PST, excluding holidays. Due to demand, we ask that you allow up to two business days to fulfill your order and issue a tracking number--even if you selected an expedited shipping option.


Leather Information, Cleaning and Care: 

Vegetable tanning is the oldest, most traditional tanning method in the world, and is becoming increasingly rare. Today, few tanneries in the US still practice this historic craft. 

Free of chemicals and synthetic coatings, vegetable tanning uses a natural, eco-friendly process to produce a beautiful, durable finish, luxurious handfeel and distinctive character. Over time, vegetable-tanned leather will develop its own rich, unique patina. Due to this inherent natural process, color and markings will vary slightly with each bag. 

When not in use, carefully cover your NV bag in the provided dust bag and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with water or oils to prevent staining. 

When employing commercial products to clean and polish leather, always test first in a small, inconspicuous area. For professional cleaning and maintenance, we recommend taking your bag to a trusted shoemaker, leather specialist or leather repair shop.



We do not offer repairs for general wear and tear. However, we’re happy to address any concerns you may have with your product, and will work as hard as possible to ensure you’re completely pleased with your purchase. Returns & Exchanges:

If you’d like to make an exchange, please return the unused previous order and place a new order for the desired item. All returns must follow the guidelines stated in our return policy (below). 

Nellie Victoria proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items up to 30 days after purchase in original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. Because we personally ensure each order arrives in perfect condition, we cannot accept previously worn products, and reserve the right to refuse returns on items bearing any indication of use. Please send a note to to start the return process.
